Update on Lyric Point-of-Sale Locator

Every six months we review the activity of our Lyric offices and update the Phonak.com point-of-sale (POS) locator to reflect any changes. The designations that are used are based upon the Lyric Business Manual, supporting the Lyric Authorized Office Agreement outlined in section 2.12, Authorized Lyric Performance Levels.

Patients Finding Lyric

The POS locator is designed to direct patients to offices that have a proven track record of successfully fitting patients with Lyric. This site is used by new patients seeking Lyric as a treatment as well as patients in Lyric subscription who are looking for a provider while traveling.  Practices that lead with Lyric — fitting a greater new patient base and/or who manage a significantly larger patient base — are rewarded with a different status level on the POS locator

On the Lyric POS locator, a designator of  for Premier Elite Provider, Premier Provider or Lyric Provider will be shown on Phonak.com. The Lyric designator will be listed geographically when the searcher chooses Lyric in the drop-down menu.

Status Change

The status is evaluated and re-calculated every 6 months. The timing for the calculation periods ensures no penalty during seasonality.

The Lyric POS Locator updates will have no effect on the general locator algorithms definitions for Daily Wear or Inner Circle.

If the main account in a parent group earns Premier Elite status, other locations in the  group may move up a level (from Lyric Provider to Premier, Premier to Premier Elite), since the main account in the group achieved the criteria defined.

AND/OR

≥ an average of 6 Renewals per month

(36 in 6 months)

Lyric Premier Provider

If the main account in a parent group earns Premier status, other locations in the  group may move up a level (from Lyric provider to Premier), since the main account in the group achieved the criteria defined.
