Hearing Care Professionals Stand Out at Phonak Event
As partners in hearing healthcare, Phonak continually reaches out to hearing care professionals to hear their thoughts about the industry and to gather insights.
On Jan. 16-18, approximately 40 customers visited the Phonak U.S. office during our third Stand Out event. Attendees were able to freely give their thoughts about what’s changing in the hearing industry and to provide input on how Phonak could help.
“With a smaller group, it allows everyone to have an equal share of voice, have good conversations and get to know the Phonak team,” said Shawn Harrison, Phonak Director of Marketing, Strategic Accounts.
Activities throughout the event included:
- Jason Mayer, Phonak VP Commercial Sales, discussed what tomorrow could look like for the hearing healthcare industry and what role technology could play.
- A presentation on how the internet effects consumers today and what an online presence can mean to a hearing care practice.
- An interactive experience in the Phonak Audiology Research Center (PARC) and the Aurora Operations & Distribution Center so attendees could get a better understanding of how some of our innovative processes work.
“There were also lots of open discussions on the struggles hearing care professionals are facing in today’s changing market,” said Harrison.
